AFM SUNNYSIDE VISION STATEMENT

AFM Sunnyside falls under AFM of SA and is under Better Life Network Region. The Assembly’s vision is to Know, Share and Spread Jesus. It aim is to evangelize in Sunnyside and surroundings areas to win souls for Jesus Christ, through the Mighty Power of the Holy Spirit.

KNOW

To know Jesus in an ever-increasing intimate personal relationship, and to do that:

1. Continually GROW in that relationship in ever increasing depth and understanding – Rom.11;33-36 ICor.2;2
2. PRAY – it is the vehicle we use to come into His presence – IThess.5;17 Math.21;22
3. READ THE WORD – It is your daily nourishment – Jer.15;16 Ps.119;9
4. FELLOWSHIP – attend the services – Heb.10:25
5. GET INVOLVED – find your place and your calling in the congregation – Ef.4;11.

1. To Share Jesus with those who are in need of salvation – Phil.2;15,16

2. We have responsibility to share with family, friends, neighbours and work colleagues what we have experienced.
3.Get involved with evangelistic outreaches

SPREAD

1. To spread Jesus outside our church walls and thus impact and transform our community – Math.5;15

2. To get involved with community activities to enable us to be a light and to be the salt of the earth. – Math.5;13
