AFM City Transformers is the evangelism outreach arm of the AFM Sunnyside church, our goal is to fulfil the great commission in Matthew 28, by becoming the salt and life (Matthew 5:13-16) of Christ Jesus to the community and city of Tshwane.
OUR VISION: To positively transform our city for Jesus Christ by becoming the salt and light for the people of the city.

OUR OUTREACH METORED AND DAYS.
• Weekly Mini crusade at Jubilee Park: We meet to preach at Jubilee Park from 4pm-4:30pm every Saturday to preach, lead people to Christ and invite them to our Sunday services.
• Block/flat evangelism survey outreach: This is a strategic evangelistic outreach move to win souls to Christ from every block of flat in and around Sunnyside and Pretoria town once in two months.
• Cooperate/Business place Evangelism: This is for all business people and cooperate workers in our church to also be able to fulfil the great commission at their work place which our gospel business cards.
• School outreach: we go out to catch them young for Christ at the primary and secondary schools in town and Sunnyside. This happens occasionally when the school call us.
• Indoor/outdoor crusade: This will happen at Jubilee park in the summer of 2023 and the coming years.
